1. Delivery Areas & Methods
Currently, we offer the following ways to get your ice cream:
  • Local Pickup: Available at our shop located at 1037 Harding Ave, National City, CA 91950.
  • Local Delivery: We offer local delivery within a specific radius of National City. Please enter your zip code at checkout to see if you are eligible.
  • National Shipping: For customers outside our local area, we ship using specialized insulated packaging and dry ice to maintain temperature during transit.

2. Shipping Timeline
To prevent your ice cream from sitting in a warehouse over the weekend, we only ship Monday through Wednesday.
  • Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.
  • Transit Time: We use expedited shipping (3–4 days) to ensure the product remains frozen.

3. Packaging
All shipped orders are packed in high-density foam coolers with enough dry ice to keep the contents at or below 0°F until the end of the scheduled delivery day. Please handle dry ice with care and never touch it with bare hands.

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of the order. Rates will be displayed clearly at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

5. Correct Address & Timely Arrival
Since our product is perishable, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package on the delivery date. We are not responsible for melted product if the package is left outside for an extended period or if the provided address was incorrect.

6. Damaged or Melted Goods
If your ice cream arrives completely melted or the packaging is severely damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us process a claim or replacement, please include photos of the box and the product.
